I will fix for free if item breaks for up to 15 days,you just pay shipping. After 15 days there will be a small fixing fee. I do use hypoallergenic hooks and metal, although if there is a breakout of skin, i am not responsible for any break outs of the skin. If your package says delivered by USPS and its now USPS and you own responsible to make sure your package(s) finds you. Once your package(s) leaves my hands i have no control over the item(s)
