Once packages are shipped, Beautifullynicole Designs-BND is no longer responsible or liable for that package if you have a missing package you need to contact the shipping partner. If your package come and has damaged clothes please reach out to my email and we will work something out but know all sales are final and most items are 1 and done meaning i most likely do not have anymore of that item.
